Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against victims C;
A. At around 02:00 on July 30, 2014, the Defendant cut off the cash amounting to KRW 445,300 owned by the said victim in the cash settlement machine located in the cash settlement machine using any crepans that were operated by the victim C, who works as an employee, while working as an employee, by cutting off the said amount of KRW 445,30.
B. On July 31, 2014, at the above convenience store around 04:09, the Defendant stolen KRW 233,310 in cash owned by the said victim by taking out KRW 233,310 in the said manner.

A. A. Around July 24, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime, around July 24, 2014, at the Jju station operated by the victims’ names and weak winners of the victim’s name in Kimhae-si I, on July 22:30, 2014, the Defendant changed the payment to K, an employee of the said Kju station, for the Defendant’s LM3 car, and made a false statement.
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he was paid with no cash at the time and with no available credit cards, etc.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received gasoline equivalent to KRW 91,000 on the same day from the victim.
B. On August 8, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime at around 08:15 on August 8, 2014, at the oil station operated by the victim N in Kimhae-si around 08:15, that was, by deceiving the victim in the same manner as the above paragraph (a), and was oil equivalent to KRW 85,000 on the same day from the victim.
C. On September 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the Rju station operated by the victim Q Q in Kimhae-si P around 17:08 on September 15, 2014; (b) by deceiving the victim in the same manner as the above paragraph (a); and (c) deceiving the victim to this effect on the same day from the victim.
