Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 6277"
1. On May 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 11:30 on May 14, 2014, when the victim D in the Busan Northern-gu C and the second floor showed cartoons in the Eiic book room in which he works as an employee, the Defendant: (b) the victim took 103,000 won in cash, who is the victim’s possession in the lux; and (c) took 28,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession in the wall of the victim, in order to bring the lux in the toilet to the toilet; and (d) subsequently, stolen the victim’s cash, which is the victim’s possession in the wall of the victim.
2. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;
A. On June 14, 2013, the Defendant entered the building through the Busan Dong-gu Furra entrance around 10:10, Jun. 14, 2014, and invaded the building, the Defendant provided one of the parts attached to the furgs that are owned by the victim G stored in the rooftop simple warehouse at the market price equivalent to KRW 150,00,000, and stolen them.
B. On June 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) went into and intruded into a F Lending Building at the same place as above in the foregoing paragraph (a) at around 19:30 on June 19, 2014; (b) had one bicycle capital worth KRW 700,000, which is the market price owned by the victim G, stored in a rooftop simple warehouse; and (c) stolen it.
3. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. On June 18, 2014, around 04:00 on June 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into the J restaurant entrance operated by the victim I located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan; and (b) cut off the amount of KRW 15,000 in the market price of the victim, which is owned by the victim I, in the cooling house, and the cash amount of KRW 15,00 in the money tank.
B. On June 20, 2014, the Defendant, on June 20, 2014, opened a tent at a restaurant operated by the victim L, located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and intruded into the tent, and cut off the 150,000 won in cash and cash 150,000 won in the market price, which is the victim’s possession in the air conditioning.
C. On July 7, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime inside the restaurant around 04:00 on July 7, 2014, through the open windows of P operated by the Victim O located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan.
