A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around 09:00 on December 31, 2012, the Defendant, along with C, cut off the two parts of the victim F of C and the victim G on the second floor of Edingwon located in Sinpo City, Ma, with C, one post office C card and one cellular phone in the crepan of other victim G, and stolen the said vehicle by driving the said vehicle outside the said house, which was parked outside of the victim F. within the scope of the victim F.

Accordingly, the Defendant, together with C, stolen two cellular phone number, one post office physical card, and one car.

2. Around 10:30 on December 31, 2012, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, fraud, and fraud by using computers, etc.: (a) provided gasoline to the victim “J gas station” located in Sinpo City I, as described in paragraph (1); and (b) provided G post office cke cards that stolen as described in paragraph (1) to the Defendant’s physical card, as if they were the Defendant’s physical card, to pay 40,000 won of the gas station; and (c) paid 30,000 won of the gas station in Sinpo City by reading the card information of the said physical card at Sinpo City.

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with C, had the victim Jinju by deceiving the victim Jinju to escape the amount equivalent to 40,000 won from the same amount of property benefits, and had the data processed by inputting the information without authority into the data processing device, such as computer, etc., acquired economic benefits equivalent to 30,000 won and used stolen physical cards

3. On December 31, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) starting from the front of the “AhHan Eh”, which is located in 1-2, Friwon-dong 1-2, Friwon-dong around 09:00.
