Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2012 Highest 3169] Defendant C is a person who operates a game room on the first basement of the Seoul Southernbuk-gu E, Seoul, and Defendant A and B are employees of the above game room.
On September 26, 2012, from around October 9, 2012 to around October 2012, the Defendants: (a) installed a total of 49 units, such as 34 units of the “marine Open Game”; (b) 15 units of the “Ytomato” game; (c) paid 10,000 won to unspecified customers, who found the said units of the cards, and had them play a game using the said cards; (d) had them play a game using the said cards; and (e) converting the coin acquired by the customers into 10,000 units of cash per 10,000 units of money.
As a result, the defendant provided game products not classified for use, and exchanged tangible results obtained through the use of game products.
[Defendant B]
1.
