Reasons

On August 17, 2012, the Plaintiff leased the real estate listed in the attached list to the Defendant as KRW 16,50,000 per month for lease deposit, and KRW 184,00 per month for rent, and agreed that the Plaintiff may terminate the lease contract if the Defendant was in arrears for three consecutive months or longer.

From August 2015, the Defendant delayed to pay KRW 1,796,590 for nine months until August 2015, and the instant complaint stating the Plaintiff’s intent to terminate the lease agreement on the ground that the Defendant had continued arrears for at least three consecutive months was served on the Defendant.

Since the lease contract is terminated upon the plaintiff's declaration of termination, the defendant is obligated to deliver the real estate stated in the attached Table to the plaintiff.
