A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 3, 2006, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Youngju District Court's Young-dong branch, and a summary order of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court's Daegu District Court's Kim Branch on February 12, 2013.

On March 13, 2013, at around 23:45, the Defendant driven a chip wing vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on the section of approximately 2 km from the front of the Geumsan-gun Sing Singing Singing of Geumcheon-gun to the front of the same military gold field, from the gold 2km to the front of the three-lane distance.
