Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a B-te motor vehicle.

On July 11, 2014, the Defendant driving the said car without obtaining a driver's license on July 12, 2014, and driving it at a speed of about 60km per hour between the two-lanes in the vicinity of the new IC in the northwest-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul.

Nevertheless, the defendant is obliged to carry out mandatory insurance at the place mentioned in paragraph (1).
