Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while operating the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, and the 1st underground floor, filed an application for a credit card member store with the trade name “D” as “food and Chinese food” at the same place.

In addition, while operating a "F" entertainment store on the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and the first underground floor, the operator registered the business with the trade name "G" as "food and aquaculture" at the same place and applied for a credit card merchant.

No credit card merchant shall conduct a transaction by credit cards in the name of another credit card merchant.

1. On December 10, 2014, the Defendant traded by using the above “D” name, a credit card merchant, when obtaining the BC credit card from a customer who found his/her place in the instant “C” singing practice place, and settling the payment for the use of a singing practice place.

From that time to March 19, 2016, the Defendant traded 221,303,50 won in total over 686 times, as shown in the list of offenses (the details of approval on the D cafeteria credit card), using the above “D” name.

2. On June 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a new card from a customer who found his/her place at the said “F” entertainment shop; and (b) made transactions using the said “G” name, which is another credit card merchant.

From that time to March 23, 2016, the Defendant traded a total of KRW 154,891,000 by using the credit card in the name of the above “G”, such as the previous list of crimes (the details of approval of the G cafeteria credit card) in attached Form 432 times.
