A 10,000,000 won, Defendant B 7,000,000 won, and Defendant C 1,50,000 won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. No defendant A credit card merchant shall conduct a transaction by credit cards in the name of another credit card merchant;

On November 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased a member of “G” member shop established by F, etc. for the purpose of lending the name of a credit card merchant; and (b) traded KRW 103,231,00 in the name of “G credit card member store” in the name of F, etc., by being provided with “H” and “I” settlement app and terminal (the mobile device printed out at the time of approval for payment) so that credit cards can be paid from F, etc.; and (c) received payment by credit cards from customers who use the Defendant’s amusement store using the Defendant’s amusement store by credit card; and (d) paid the payment by credit card in the name of the Defendant from November 2015 to May 2016, the Defendant traded KRW 103,230,00 in the name of “G credit card member store”.

2. No credit card merchant of Defendant B shall conduct a transaction by credit cards in the name of another credit card merchant;

On November 2015, the Defendant traded KRW 75,51,000,00 in the name of “G credit card franchise store” in the name of “G credit card franchise store” from November 2015 to May 2016, the Defendant entered into an agreement to enter into with “G” operator F, a lending company under the name of the credit card franchise store as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1), and received apps and devices from F, etc. for settling by credit cards, etc. and received payment by credit card from customers using the Defendant’s amusement store using the Defendant’s amusement store and paid the payment by credit card via “G” credit card merchant.

3. Defendant C credit card member stores shall make transactions by credit cards in the name of another credit card member stores.
