Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 피고인은 2017. 6. 15. 경 ‘ 위 챗’ 이라는 휴대폰 채팅 프로그램을 통해 위 전화금융 사기단 조직원인 ‘E ’로부터 체크카드를 전달 받아 돈을 인출해 주면 그 대가로 수고비를 받는 제안을 받고 이를 승낙한 후, 그때부터 2017. 6. 22. 경까지 위 ‘E’ 의 지시에 따라 수개의 대포 통장 계좌의 체크카드를 전달 받아 수천만 원의 돈을 인출하여 위 전화금융 사기단 조직에게 전달하는 방법으로 위 전화금융 사기단 조직원들과 순차 공모하여 아래와 같은 범행을 하였다.
