A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 1, 2018, at around 21:30 on February 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim’s “EM” in the operation of the victim’s D located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul; (b) reported the victim’s singinginginging of a voice; and (c) the victim “Isson.”

2. Interference with performing public duties;

The Defendant was seated with “I am this Chewing year, why we will not contact our daughters.”

In doing so with the large sound, I's eye was flicked by I's hair, and I's eye was fl't interfered with the legitimate execution of duties in relation to the performance of duties within the district of police officials.
