Punishment of the crime

1. The victim's taxi operation was obstructed by force by avoiding the disturbance, such as taking a bath for about about 20 minutes, the walk for the year hyp.

The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, when he recommends the Defendant to return home from a taxi to the Defendant after receiving a report from 112 that he did not get a taxi guest at the date, time, and place specified in the above 1.
