Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. From around 20:50 on August 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.073% without a driver’s license for a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol by 0.073% from the 5th day before the road in the original salary of Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun; (b) around 20:50 on August 13, 2013.
B. From June 12, 2013, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, the Defendant operated the said van, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place indicated in the foregoing paragraph, even if he did not purchase mandatory insurance with respect to the said van owned under his name.
C. When the Defendant, at the time and time stated in the above paragraph (a) above, was controlled by drinking driving at a place, and was confirmed personal information from a sloped DNA belonging to the Jeonnam Police Station in preparation for the situation where the Defendant was controlled by driving without a license, he left the friendly B resident registration number (E) who was going to know that he was B, and was demanded by D to sign the B’s personal information and the result of a drinking test, and then requested D to sign the PE in which the driver’s personal information and the result of a drinking test are included, he voluntarily signed the driver’s column and presented it to D.
The defendant continuously stated the signature of B at will of the person who is demanded by D to sign and seal the report on the state of his driving and the confirmation document, and then presented it to D respectively.
Accordingly, the defendant used B's resident registration number unlawfully, forged B's signature without authority for the purpose of exercising his resident registration number, and exercised it. D.
