A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The seized evidence No. 1 through 5 shall be returned to the person who has lost the name of the injured party.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On September 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on September 20, 2012 in Seoul East Eastern District Court for night residence intrusion theft, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 20, 2012, and is currently under suspended sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. At night, from July 2013 to April 2014, the Defendant: (a) was working at the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) was retired from the said restaurant; (c) but (d) did not refund the key of the entrance, and (d) was able to steal money in the said restaurant’s depository to raise funds for raising funds for living expenses, etc.

On May 19, 2014, at around 02:43, the Defendant opened a corrected entrance and intruded with the entrance, which had been in possession of the said restaurant, and had 600,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant abused another person's structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. At around 07:00 on June 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at GVs located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F on June 8, 2014, the Defendant: (b) around 07:0, a scar equivalent to KRW 800,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located in the head of another victim’s room 215 room; and (c) a scar in the amount of KRW 800,000, the market price of which was 800,000, with one LTS smartphone and one cash 100,000,000, and one T-W-Wn transportation card fluor fluor.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

3. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer the means of access used for electronic financial transactions unless otherwise specifically provided for in any other Act;

Nevertheless, on May 2014, the Defendant opened a new bank account (H) under the name of the Defendant with respect to a person who was aware of on the Internet before the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Nowon-gu Foreign Exchange Bank for Labor, Noise, and Vibration.
