A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor in the Incheon District Court for larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Detention House on December 21, 2010. On April 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3,00,000 by the Incheon District Court for larceny, etc., and the Prosecutor appealed and is still pending in the appellate trial.

1. Around 15:00 on May 2012, 2012, the Defendant entered the building, which was located in front of the H office managed by the victim G in Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul, and entered the building through an open entrance.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on the building managed by the victim.

2. At a time and place similar to paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant: (a) placed on a knife, on the knife, a knife tweet North Korea with a market price equivalent to KRW 890,000; (b) one verification color tweet with a market price equivalent to KRW 150,000 at the knife’s market price located on the knife; and (c) one beverage number with a market price equivalent to KRW 20,000 at the hacke’s market price equivalent to KRW 20,500.

At night, around 04:00 on July 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim I, who was located in Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, through an open entrance, for the first time to 521, which was the residence of the victim I; and (b) 1 punishment per 50,000 won of the market price owned by the victim, which was suffering from clothes; (c) 260,000 won of cash, and 260,000 won of cash, which was located in the wall located in the back part of the bridge; and (d) 270,000 won of the market price of Samsung ju Lgol 2,00 won of the 870,000 won of the market price on the back of the bridge; and (d) 1 2,000

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 1,180,000 in total owned by the victim.
