A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

28,626,424 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. When the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoking) was addicted to the Polol, which is a psychotropic drug used as a water surface leading system, after receiving a water surface drilling procedure from a hospital several times in order to test the crypology and treat the cryposis (flavotion) of cryp in order to administer the crypol.

The Defendant administered psychotropic drugs on a total of 548 occasions between February 1, 2011 and January 21, 2013, as indicated in the attached Table (1).

2. On April 28, 2011, the Defendant received medical treatment as if he would receive medical expenses from the victim H located in the Busan East-gu G, Busan-gu as if he would pay the expenses, and then received from the victim the procedure of the victim’s WIG (hereinafter “I hospital”) on the surface of the water.

However, in fact, the purpose of administration of psychotropic drugs was to receive propool, and there was no intention to pay medical expenses properly.

In this way, the Defendant acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 28,300 from February 6, 2011 to February 29, 2012 in total 94 times, as shown in the separate sheet of crime (2) by means of the same method, including obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 4,910,460 from February 6, 201 to February 29, 201.

3. On April 6, 201, the Defendant in violation of the Resident Registration Act entered into a contract for agricultural machinery agencies prior to receiving medical treatment for the purpose of medication at the “K Hospital” located in theJ of the Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun, and the aforesaid paragraph (1).
