A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 2011, found the registration number plate of the two-wheeled B-wheeled Automobile, air air, which was located far away from the roads of the T-si in Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, 201, used the said air unlawfully by attaching the above registration number plate to the two-wheeled Automobile, and used the said air unlawfully by using the said air. From around that time until October 28, 2016 to October 30, 201, the Defendant used the CIT I ACE 11 two-wheeled air, which was used unlawfully by operating the said registration number plate on the one hand, such as Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-dong, etc.

2. No motor vehicle shall be operated on a road which has not purchased mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation;

Nevertheless, on October 28, 2016, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile, which was not covered by mandatory insurance in Pyeongtaek-si Dolwon-dong on October 28, 2016.
