A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall unlawfully use a registration number plate of a two-wheeled motor vehicle under the Motor Vehicle Management Act and any person who illegally uses public marks and signs;

Nevertheless, the Defendant was in possession of a two-wheeled automobile with large CIT ACE ACE 110, which was not registered as the Defendant at the home of the Defendant in Seogpopo City B in 2014.

C Two-wheeled automobile registration number plate was attached.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the registration number plate of two-wheeled automobile unlawfully and at the same time used the public symbol to exercise it unlawfully.

2.
