B On February 12, 2015, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Intermediation of Commercial Sex Acts, at the Suwon District Court, the sentence of imprisonment with labor for 6 months was finalized on February 24, 2015, and the sentence was finalized on February 24, 2015.

From March 2015 to June 23, 2015, the Defendants established four rooms and three shower rooms in Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si, the Defendants operated a sexual traffic business establishment by installing three rooms and three shower rooms. Defendant B, upon request from A, managed the said business establishment accounts, received KRW 120,000 from customers, and had female employees, such as E receive KRW 120,00 from customers and had them sexual intercourse with customers.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as commercial sex acts such as brokerage.
