Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months and by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment in G located in Daegu-gu, Jung-gu from February 4, 2018.

On February 19, 2018, around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) had a police officer, who pretended to be a guest, provided a guard in the place of business, and (b) had a female I receive KRW 80,00,00 and provided a sexual intercourse; and (c) had the female I receive KRW 80,00,00 and arranged sexual intercourse.

On February 4, 2018, Defendant B, with knowledge of the fact that he/she engages in a sexual traffic brokerage business, as described in paragraph (1) at a place of business listed in paragraph (1) around February 4, 2018, he/she leased the said place to A, thereby engaging in the act of arranging sexual traffic.
