Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 15, 2014, at around 05:20, the Defendant made a false report with the Defendant’s cell phone at the Defendant’s house located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si with the Defendant’s mobile phone device and made a false report, etc., and had the Defendant visit the Defendant’s place of residence via the Defendant’s new police station located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, B from December 15, 2014 to December 16, 2014, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public order and criminal investigation by fraudulent means.
