Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On March 11, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court as well as a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act. On January 13, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jungnam District Court.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On April 22, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively causing damage, etc. to deadly weapons, etc.) and the Road Traffic Act (driving on the lane) by cutting off golf products, which are dangerous goods at the Defendant’s vehicle located at the road where the said taxi is located, on the ground that the female-friendly equipment living together with the victim D, who is going to the Defendant, has come to fall under different terms and conditions from that of the road located in Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si, Manam-si, and that the victim D was coming to go to the Defendant, and then cut off the said taxi at the front line of 112 meters from the front line of the instant taxi, and again cut off the said taxi with the victim’s car at the front line of 0.17% of alcohol content at the victim D’s cell phone, and then cut it to the victim 5 meters from the front line of the said GM-si parking lot on the ground that there was no reason to see it.
