Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendants are members of the clan C through D, and the two clans are members of the E 13 and 14, and most of the members of the clans overlap with each other, and have operated two clans together.
During that period, F, G, etc. claiming that the past enforcement body of the above clan was illegally executed on the property of the clan was appointed through the general assembly of the clan on April 18, 2009, and a new enforcement body was organized by the president, the general assembly of the clan, and H, the opposing members, etc. filed a lawsuit to nullify the resolution of the above general assembly on May 2009, and the appointment of the enforcement body became null and void.
