1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is registered as the representative of the instant clan in the registration number for the registration of real estate registration at the Sung-si branch of the Victim F clan (hereinafter referred to as the “instant clan”), and from June 2017, a person who represents and manages the clan as the chairperson of the instant clan from around June 2017, and the Defendant C was engaged in the duties of representing and managing the clan as the chairperson of the instant clan from around December 2010 to June 2017, and the Defendant B is the member of the instant clan.

According to the rules of the clan of this case, the defendants' joint crimes of this case shall have the chairperson, the secretary, and the auditor as executive officers of the clan of this case, and there is no specific provision regarding the acquisition and disposition of the clan properties, and therefore the clan properties of this case shall be acquired and disposed of through the resolution

Despite the absence of a resolution of the general assembly to sell 10,060 square meters of G 10,060 square meters of forest land in the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si (hereinafter “instant land”), the Defendants were willing to complete the registration of transfer of ownership of the instant land, which is owned by the victims of the instant clan, by arbitrarily preparing a false statement on the instant clan and submitting meeting minutes of the Committee to the court.

A. On February 2017, the Defendants engaged in the crime of preparing a private document for qualification gathering and forging a private document (1) with respect to the instant clan, who was printed out in advance at the office of the Korean judicial scrivener K in the Sung-gu, Seongdong-gu, Sungwon-si, Sung-si, which had been in possession of the Defendant at the office of the Korean judicial scrivener K. The clan is F clan.

The Committee shall be established as an executive officer, one chairperson, four directors, and one general secretary, and the Committee shall be composed of one chairperson, four directors, and one general secretary, and the Committee shall pass a resolution on matters concerning the acquisition and disposal of real estate, and this Regulation shall enter into force on January 1, 1985.
