A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 12, 2013, at around 23:26, the Defendant: (a) driven a Bho-do car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 13 km from the front of the restaurant at the Gho-do, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Sung-do, to the front of the Pho-si, Daegu-si, the Gho-do; (b) from the front of the restaurant at the budget of Sung-do, Sung-gun, Sung-gun; and (c)
