Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Defendant is a person engaged in driving a Cchip car.
