Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Criminal facts

The Defendant entered into a business partnership agreement with D, the representative of C, a stock company established for the purpose of packing meat treatment business and livestock products wholesale business and retail business in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, and entered into a business partnership agreement with D, the representative of C, and the above C, and is in charge of the overall business operation of the above C, along with the above D.

No livestock product dealer shall sell livestock products, the expiration date marked on the relevant livestock products, or treat, process, use, import, store, transport or display such products for sale.

Nevertheless, at around 11:00 on July 4, 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with D, installed three air conditioners, three air conditioners, and three working facilities units at the workplace of the above C, and stored pigs, the sum of which exceeds 35 stuffs, 52 km, and 526.52 km, in order to pack the slaughtered swine after the purchase of shots, and then pack them to sell them to other distributors, refined stores, etc.
