Defendant

1. Any person who intends to operate a livestock products sales business shall prepare the relevant facilities and report it to the competent authority;
Nevertheless, even though the Defendants were well aware of the failure to report, the Defendants conspiredd with the competent authorities from January 21, 2012 to May 24, 2013, and sold a total amount of KRW 1,021,662kg of livestock products in large restaurants and refined stores, etc., such as 1,021,62kgs, and 18,341,506,551 won in the market price, to a household building located in F in the above luminous field, without reporting it to the competent authorities from May 24, 2013.
2. No livestock product dealer shall sell livestock products, the expiration date marked on the relevant livestock products, or treat, process, use, import, store, transport or display such products for sale;
Nevertheless, around May 24, 2013, the Defendants conspired to keep in the freezing room No. G2, the expiration date of which was 5 boxes 19.8kg, for sale.
3. A livestock product dealer shall comply with the sanitary processing, packing, storage, transportation, distribution, display, sale, etc. of livestock products to maintain order in sanitary management and trade.
Nevertheless, on May 24, 2013, the Defendants conspired to store 30.1km equivalent to 30.1km in freezing meat, thereby violating the rules of compliance of livestock product sales business operators.
