A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The “pan-national movement headquarters for food and food safety” (B) is an organization jointly created by 50 farmers and non-governmental organizations that oppose the government’s “policy for comprehensive development of the rice industry”. On September 27, 2014, around 110, the Seoul Squagu, Jung-gu, Seoul, holding the “Woo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, the 110-gu, the pan-national campaign headquarters for food and food safety.”

While the Defendant participated in the above assembly and took place along with other participants in the above conference, it was found that the police officers who observed the bonus from the front side of the Samsung Fire Station, as seen above, attempted to extinguish the fire attached to the bonus using a fire extinguishing machine, and the police officers who tried to extinguish the fire with the nameless non-merchants assembly participants in order to prevent this from being exposed to the bonus.

During that process, the Defendant: (a) kidddd the parts of the mitigation D affiliated with the Seoul Local Police Agency C with the Defendant, and kiddd up in excess of the shoulder; (b) Ha engaged in other assemblies E was engaged in flading the flab of the above D; and (c) continuously the Defendant kiddd the parts of G’s blads belonging to the Seoul Local Police Agency F with the arms.

Accordingly, the defendant, along with the number of participants in the assembly, abused D and G with the above D and G, interfered with legitimate execution of duties by police officers in relation to the prevention and suppression of crimes and maintenance of order at the assembly site.
