1. Defendant A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

Defendants were members of the G trade union; Defendant A was the vice-chairperson of the organization dispute; Defendant C was the head of the organization dispute; Defendant C was the head of the welfare dispute; Defendant D was the head of the welfare 2 division; Defendant B, upon delegation from the chairperson of the above union; around March 6, 2015, around March 13:0, to around 18:00, at the Seoul Youngpo Police Station, the Seoul Youngpo-gu Office of Police around March 14, 2015, reported the assembly of the contents that “G president’s political pressure prohibition against appointment of the president” was held in front of the industrial bank located in Yeongdeungpopo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpopo-gu, Seoul; Defendant A was the person in charge of the assembly; Defendant B was the person in charge of liaison and the maintenance of order; Defendant C was the person in charge of the communication; Defendant D was the person in charge of the communication at the headquarters of the industrial bank, and Defendant D was the person in charge of contact with the industrial bank at the entrance of the above conference.

1. At around 15:00 on March 10, 2015, the Defendants: (a) discovered a spoke of the salted spokes contained in the vinyl paper that the police officers dispatched to the site to maintain order in assembly, etc.; (b) decided as illegal demonstration goods; and (c) divided the fished spokes into police officers, and other participants of the assembly; (d) Defendant D and nameless spokes set a line to maintain order, and the number of participants of the assembly was collected from H and police officers of the Seoul Regional Police Agency where the Defendant D and name spokes the fished spokes delivered to the police officers of the assembly; and (e) Defendant A and B failed to maintain order and left the assembly society; and (e) Defendant B, who continued to hold the assembly, caused the participants of the assembly to either build the order line in front of the door of the Seoul Regional Police Agency and enter the industrial banking building, and caused the participants to enter the above building, including Defendant CD and 7 others.
