Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of the “B Trade Union” audit committee, a company-level employee.

On August 20, 201, at around 17:05, the Defendant participated in the “workers’ Games” organized by the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the middle-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and occupied 3,000 participants at around 17:25 on the same day, and continued to drive the “workers’ Games” by 18:48 on the same day while the Defendant moved in a way to proceed before the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
