1. On June 13, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless Driving) on the road from the front of the inspection station of the cheon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the front road of the 194-4, Seocheon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.
