A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (drawing and unlicensed driving) are drivers of Brocketing cars.

2. No owner of any motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
