Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) while operating a rocketing taxi in front of the Busan subway Station located in the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City (Sgu) on the roads in front of the Busan subway Station; (b) made a sudden stop by a victim D (54 tax) who driven a rocketing taxi in front of the Defendant’s taxi; (c) laid his cab in front of the victim’s taxi parked on the said road while stopping on the said road; and (d) set off the victim’s taxi in front of the victim’s taxi that was parked on the said road, and cut off his cab from the cab to the victim’s taxi driver’s seat; and (d) laid off the victim’s cab in front of the victim’s taxi that was parked on the said road, she dried down the bridge of the victim who was seated in the driver’s seat with his hand, and dried up the victim’s boomed and brought about approximately two weeks of treatment for the victim.
