A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreigner of Albania's nationality, and a person who enters the Republic of Korea on May 28, 2013 as a tourist visa and currently stays in illegal stay.

1. At around 02:10 on July 13, 2014, the Defendant collisioned with the victim C taxi pandeer, who was stopped in order to board customers, on the front of the 107 ridged in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the victim C taxi pandeer who was parked in order to board customers.

Accordingly, in order to confirm the degree of damage, the victim landed from the above taxi and the defendant moved to the driver's seat, and her driver was driving 15,000,000 won of the market price owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury with a deadly weapon, etc.) was committed in the time and place specified in paragraph (1). 3. Around 02:10 on July 13, 2014, the Defendant driven a DNA rocketing taxi without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 10km from the front day of “the distance of the grings” located in 107, Seoul, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, to the 02:30 on the same day, at around 02:30 on the same day.

4. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, Violation of the Road Traffic Act, and the violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving a rocketing taxi.

The defendant shall appear at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
