A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a Brane car.

On December 30, 2014, at around 09:15, the Defendant: (a) driven the said car on the front side of the new forest apartment zone located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, without obtaining a driver’s license; (b) went back to the right-hand speed from the front side of the front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the right-hand speed; and (c) left behind the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and operated approximately 2 km at the front of the Defendant’s residence located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, without obtaining the temporary border as stated in the preceding paragraph and without obtaining the driver’s license.
