Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a DNA car.

At around 19:00 on June 15, 201, the Defendant was driving a 4-lane in front of the “Korea Electricity” located in the father-dong in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si without obtaining a driver’s license under the influence of alcohol content of 0.066%, and the Defendant was driving the said f-f-d-d-d-d-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.06%, driven a 500-meter vehicle at the location of the accident described in the preceding paragraph while driving the knife knife as stated in the preceding paragraph without obtaining a driver’s license at the time and in the vicinity of Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, as stated in the preceding paragraph.
