Defendant
A was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Incheon District Court on May 29, 2015 and completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Gwangju District Court on May 5, 2016.

1. The Defendants conspired to steal precious metals by intrusion upon the room on the new wall of the person who has left friendly and without any specific occupation, and living conditions of the deceased are due to lack of old age.
A. From September 19, 2017, the Defendants: (a) set the FF room operated by the victim E in a considerable area of Cheongju-si through the Internet search; (b) set off a G K7 car at around 03:27 on September 19, 2017 and parked the vehicle on the alleyway; (c) reported the network to inform the Defendant A of the time for each minute remaining on the vehicle; and (d) Defendant A attempted to intrude into the alley after a locking a glass door with a brick and a watched door. However, the Defendants failed to escape at the wind site where the alarm system is operated without the glass, and failed to complete such a attempt.
As a result, the Defendants jointly tried to steal another's property but did not commit any attempted crime.
B. Special larceny Defendants: (a) set the J precious metal specialty store operated by the victim I located in Seosan-si through Internet search as the place of committing the crime; (b) set on September 20, 2017, on board the said K7 car and parked the vehicle on the alleyway near the room; (c) by the above method, Defendant B left the vehicle; (d) Defendant A collected the brick ( approximately 25 cm, about 15 cm in length, about 15 cm in width) in the vicinity; and (e) Defendant A draw up the bricks in the vicinity, and draw up the glass door, and filled the gold door with a total of KRW 36 million in the market price owned by the victim in Jin-si, which was 36 million.
As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.
