Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants of "2017 Highest 4771" are foreigners of Colombia's nationality.
On November 2017, the Defendants conspired to commit a crime with the method of thefting the bags containing precious metal, by coloring the precious metal sales shop from a club located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul with a densely-populated distance, and by purchasing metal promotions and hydrogens to be used for committing the crime at the sloping site.
At around 17:00 on November 20, 2017, the Defendants: (a) loaded a G K5 vehicle that Defendant A had a sirend in advance, and carried a k3 vehicle in the public parking lot near the street, and (b) reported that the victim I parked the k3 vehicle in the Daejeon East-gu, Daejeon, and carried the k3 vehicle into the k3 vehicle, and set the victim as the object of the crime; and (c) carried the metal promotion into the back of the knife of the knife of the victim’s vehicle by sticking the metal promotion into the back wheels of the knife and waiting in the surrounding area.
At around 18:03 on the same day, when a person who suffered damage drives the above K3 car, the above metal promotion was fleeped, and there was an equitable letter. Defendant C shall open a set of 200,000 won in cash owned by the injured party and enter into the victim’s K3 car, and 20,000 won in cash owned by the injured party, and 10,000 won in the market price of 3,200,000 won in total,000 won in the market price of 2 credit cards, and 10,000,000 won in a total of 3,00,000,000 won in market price (2,00,000,000 won in gold, 3,00,000 gold bars, three gold bars, 3,00,000 won in cash, and 1,000,000 won in market price of 2,00 won in and out of the market price.
