A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants, C, and D, both of whom live together at the home of 2017 Godandan 156, and Defendant B’s studio and were playing along with the vehicle lent by Defendant A to Busan, Y, and Jeonju.
