Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to operate a livestock product sales business shall be equipped with facilities meeting the standards determined by the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes and report it to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, around July 28, 2016, the Defendant purchased edible eggs without reporting it to the competent authority without a certain facility and sold it to an unspecified number of customers and run a sales business of unreported livestock products.
