Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who intends to engage in the livestock product sales business that sells unreported meat or packaged meat professionally shall install facilities and report thereon to the competent authorities;

Nevertheless, on May 12, 2014, at around 10:40, the Defendant, without filing the foregoing report, sold six hearts, such as the U.S. oxygen, packed in the unit of 900g to three customers, around May 12, 2014, to 90,000 won, and sold livestock products by carrying the imported cattle, etc. on the Defendant’s possession from March 20, 2014 to May 12, 2014.

2. No one shall indicate or advertise the name, manufacturing method, quality and nutrition labelling, raw materials or ingredients of livestock products, or other details different from the facts of the relevant products;

Nevertheless, the Defendant sold the U.S. Soft flag, etc. at the time and place indicated in Paragraph 1, and displayed a different indication from the fact by attaching a Stick with a picture with the name indicated in the fireworks, and the same is printed.
