A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of two years and six months with prison labor in the Seoul District Court for fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on December 16, 2009, and on May 24, 2013, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced the Defendant to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for embezzlement and became final and conclusive on July 15, 2013.

Criminal facts

1. No trader or distributor of goods, etc. related to AJ warehouse shall make a false or misleading indication of origin;

From March 16, 2012 to April 16, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with AI, AK, AL, AM, N, AO, and AP, purchased domestic rice from "AR" located in the AP market, etc. From March 16, 2012 to April 16, 2012, AP transported the said rice from "AR" located in the AJ market, and BK and AL transported the said rice from "AS" located in the GJ warehouse, and the Defendant re-packaged the said rice from "AS" in the AM, N, and the said warehouse, and sold it to the general wholesale retail company as if it were Korea, and AK and AL sold the said re-packaged rice from "AS" to the seller.

2. In collusion with AI, AK, AL, AU, AP, AP, AM, AO, and AV from April 23, 2012 to August 10, 2012, the Defendant purchased, as in the preceding paragraph, domestically produced rice from around April 23, 2012 to around August 10, 2012. AK and AU shall transport the said rice to a warehouse located in Silung City, and the Defendant shall re-Packing the said rice with AV, AM, N, and the said rice with the Korean “AW”, and the AI, AP, AU, and AL shall sell it to a general wholesale retail business, and AK, AU, AU, and AL shall indicate the origin of domestically produced rice with the method of transporting the said re-packaged rice from the said warehouse to the selling place, and then sell and distribute it during the market.

3. Matters related to AX warehouses in Bupyeong-si;

A. The Defendant, in collusion with AY, K, AU, Z, and AO, purchased domestic rice from August 22, 2012 to October 11, 2012 from the above “AY”, etc. AK, and AK, and AU are below the warehouse located in BX in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.
