A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 15, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Assault, etc. against a driver) committed an assault, such as, on the front day of a restaurant in which the trade name in the Dong-dong in Busan is unknown, the Defendant: (a) was boarding the back seat of the victim B (65 years old); and (b) was going to the “Sado New Apartment (260)” located in the 260-ro, Young-gu, Busan; and (c) was assaulted by the victim, such as, “I draw, after the taxi uniforms were draw, I saw the victim’s hick; and (d) was serving a drinking twice.

2. Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, forced or scamed by very rough words and conducts at government offices.
3.
