1. On August 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) a victim D who entered the said center for older persons and was in custody in a cooling house in the said center for older persons, through the entrance that was not corrected at around 02:0 on August 15, 2017, when he/she entered the center for older persons in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun; (b) a brush, Kimchi, Bed, etc.
