Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the president of ‘D' belonging to C, and Defendant B is the clerk of ‘D', and the chairman of ‘D' is all the defendants.
1. Defendants A, B, and joint criminal conduct (e.g., interference with worship) committed an attempt to interfere with the instant FIE on the ground that FIE, which was affiliated with D, voluntarily secedes from the labor union and listens to G pastors belonging to the TIE, other than those belonging to C, on the ground that the FIE, who was affiliated with D, voluntarily withdraws from the labor union.
On April 18, 2018, at around 19:05, the Defendants found the Fridge and obstructed the worship of G pastors and their members in the same area by jointly holding that G pastors did not proceed with worships, such as cutting the microphones carried by G pastors and smoking eggs for about 30 minutes, in a situation where G pastors were laid up on the top in order to cover the demand for towing in the first floor distribution.
B. At around 15:00 on April 22, 2018, the Defendants found the FIS conference and obstructed the worship of G pastors and the members in the said FIS conference by jointly speaking G pastors to the effect that “e.g., locking a boat,” and preventing them from running a boat for about 30 minutes, such as smoking a disturbance, etc.
C. At around 18:50 on June 6, 2018, the Defendants found the FJD and demanded that the funeral be towed from the distribution of the first floor of the first floor; however, the Defendants jointly obstructed the worship of G pastors and their members in the same area to the effect that “G” would not proceed with the towing, such as smoking a disturbance, and thereby preventing G from going through the towing.
around 15:20 on August 12, 2018, the Defendants found the Fembling Council at around 15:20, and sounded to the effect that “I have yet to listen to the snow to G pastors, and why I have yet to go to the H,” and did not proceed with the towing, such as, inter alia, the members of the Fembling Council and the horse fighting, and raising a disturbance.
