A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 5,00,000.

【2014 Highest 135】 The Defendant is the head of the “G church,” which belongs to the “G church,” which is located in the G church, which was held in the G church, held on June 24, 2012 at the Defendant’s initiative, and is a pastor who was appointed to the G church on July 2, 2012.

1. On December 12, 2012, from around 19:00 to 20:00 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with worship, the Defendant: (a) at the first floor of the said GGGG conference, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the Defendant’s distribution of the first floor of the same day; (c) obstructed the Defendant, as indicated in the attached Table 1, 12 times from that time, by stating that the said H H wood company: (a) attempted to deliver towing at the place where approximately twenty to thirty (20) the members of the GG association gather, and (d) read that “H wood is not the doctor of the GG association because he did not obtain permission for ice at the Nohh Assembly; (b) obstructed the progress of normal worship, such as pushing the H wood company to enter on the top; and (c) obstructed the Defendant’s distribution of tugboats over 12 times in total, as indicated in the list

2. On January 6, 2013, the Defendant injured by assault and injury interfered with the progress of worship of the victim H (ma, 46 years of age) from the distribution of the first floor of the said GGGGGG group as set out in 12/12 of the list of crimes under the above paragraph (1). The victim was found to have been in the back of the victim’s title and arms by hand, and thereby, the victim was found to have been in the back of the victim’s title and arms. As a result, the victim went beyond the lower part and left the place.
