Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Designating forged currencies;

A. A. On February 9, 2019, the Defendant, around February 18:23, 2019, performed the act of disposing of the relics of the her mother on or around February 8, 2019, and carried them with the knowledge of the forged land, such as where the her mother’s products are disposed of, and the color is somewhat different, and the front and rear parts are left away. On February 9, 2019, the Defendant, while paying the fee for the use of the bath in “C” located in the Northern-gu, Northern-gu, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, 10,000 won acquired to D employees of the above bath-gu, who are aware of the fact.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired a copy of the forged Bank of Korea notes 10,000 won and exercised it with the knowledge of the fact.

B. On February 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around February 20, 2019, while possessing fakes acquired as described in the foregoing paragraph (a), paid KRW 14,000 to the “F” restaurant located in the Northern-gu, Seog-si, Ma on February 9, 2019; (b) exercised KRW 14,00,00, including one copy of the forged land of KRW 10,00,000, which was acquired to the above restaurant business proprietor G, without knowledge of the fact.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired a copy of the forged Bank of Korea notes 10,000 won and exercised it with the knowledge of the fact.

C. At around 11:00 on February 13, 2019, the Defendant paid the coffee value at the “I” coffee shop located in the Northern-gu Ha on February 13, 2019, while the Defendant possessed fakes acquired as described in the foregoing paragraph (a), and exercised the said 10,000 won franchis supply as above to the said coffee shop proprietor who may know of the fact.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired a copy of the forged Bank of Korea notes 10,000 won and exercised it with the knowledge of the fact.

2. Fraud;

A. On February 9, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at around 18:23, 2019, on the same date and time as the description of Paragraph A of the above Article 1, and at the same place, on the victim D as if he/she genuinely completed one of the above forged 10,00 won booms against the victim.
