1. Defendant C:
(a) KRW 55,745,161 as well as 5% per annum from January 13, 2018 to August 28, 2019;
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From around 2007, the Plaintiff: (a) established the Defendant B church located in Yangsan-si (the name before the alteration: hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant church, regardless of whether it was before or after the alteration of its name”); (b) appointed Defendant C as a member of the Defendant church or a representative of the Defendant church from December 24, 2014; and (c) from December 24, 2014, Defendant C is in office as a member of the Defendant church and a representative of the Defendant church from December 24, 2014 to December.
B. On December 24, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) concluded an agreement with Defendant C to transfer the status of the officers and employees of the Defendant church as well as the representative and the property of the Defendant church; and (b) concluded an agreement with Defendant C with the following contents (hereinafter “instant agreement”); (c) obtained certification of the instant agreement from the law firm F in 2014 as the letter of certification from the law firm F in 2544.
At the bottom of the instant agreement, the names of the Defendant church, the Plaintiff, and the Defendant are written in sequence, and the names of the Plaintiff and the Defendant are written in each of the names of the Defendant, and the seals of the Plaintiff and the Defendant are affixed thereto.

(1) The Plaintiff succeeds to the acquisition of Defendant C’s pastors of the Defendant church, and the monthly interest shall be paid by the Plaintiff’s pastors of the Plaintiff as the 10,000 Won (650,000 won). 4. The amount of KRW 27,00,000 (27,000) is the acquisition of Defendant C’s pastors of the Defendant church.
