1. Defendant F, among the surrounding and ancillary lawsuits in the instant case, shall concurrently hold the post of Defendant D Religious Organization E church in the past.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the Plaintiff and the Defendants, and the provisions of the Defendant church, etc. 1) Defendant D Religious Organization E branch of the Korea Religious Organization (hereinafter “Defendant church”).
